sea.breakpoints {ldsa}R Documentation

Identify Breakpoints for Entailment Structure

Description

Identifies the error tolerance thresholds for which the entailment structure associated with x changes.

Usage

sea.breakpoints(x, measure = c("rate", "z-score", "binom.p"),
    separate = FALSE)

Arguments

x an object of class sea.table.
measure error measure to use; rate for absolute error rates, z-score for z-scores, or binom.p for p-values under an exact Binomial test.
separate logical; should separate lists be tabulated for each entailment type?

Details

sea.breakpoints essentially works by ordering the appropriately chosen error cells of a sea.table object. See sea.enumerate for a description of the entailment types, and associated error measures.

Value

A vector of breakpoints (if separate==FALSE), or else a list of breakpoint vectors (one for each entailment type).
